Becoming a Canadian Child Seat Installation Installer offers a number of benefits for the successful candidate. You operate your own business and have a defined, exclusive area. Installer Requirements
Canadian Child Seat Installation Installers must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered:

Pass a series of indepth interviews focusing on the individual qualities considered essential including maturity, technical expertise, customer orientation, attention to detail and administrative ability.

Upon initial acceptance prospective installers will be required to successfully complete a certified child seat installation program.

Monitoring of Installers
Customers will be contacted frequently during the initial 6 months an Installer is on the job. A customer satisfaction rating of 85% will be required to continue as a Canadian Child Seat Installation Service Installer.

Installers will be required to pass an installation test at least annually.

Skills Upgrading
Installers will be required to remain current with installation requirements for new child seats introduced and may be required to recertify should the equipment on the market change.
