| Has your seat been recalled? | Answer is no. If your seat has been recalled do not use | ||
| Are you the original owner of the seat? | Answer is yes. If you are not the original owner you do not know if the seat was damaged in an accident in the past. | ||
| Has the seat been in a collision? | Answer is no. If the seat has been in a collision it may be damaged and not function properly. | ||
| Have you read and do you understand the instructions that came with your child seat? | Answer must be yes. If you do not know how to properly install your child seat seek professional help to ensure your seat is safe and secure | ||
