Infant, Child and Booster Seat Installation

Canadian Child Seat installation personnel are certified by St. Johns Ambulance as child seat installation technicians and take great care in the installation of your child’s seat.

Although your child’s seat will be safely and properly installed, normal use of the seat can result in a degradation of the security and snugness of the seat install. 

You are required to read, understand and follow the child seat manufacturer’s instructions and guidance for the continued use of your child seat product. 

Canadian Child Seat Installation Inc. warrants that the sear is securely and properly installed at, and only at, the completion of the service and accepts no responsibility beyond the moment of the installation.

Limitation or Warranty 

CG-Lock Canada, Inc. hereby excludes all Warranties of Merchantability and Fitness, and shall not be liable under such Warranties. CG-Lock Canada, Inc. is not responsible for inaccurate statements or failure to inform by other parties selling or distributing the SeatSnug.

Guarantee 

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY. You may return a SeatSnug to  the retail location where the SeatSnug was purchased for a full refund of your purchase price or a replacement, within 6 months of product purchase, for the following reasons: 

• Incompatibility with your vehicle's seat belt system (refund)
• Defective SeatSnug (replacement)
